My name is Randi from TX. I attended a spectacular event last night at Family Life Church listening to Tim Storey speak. It was amazing.
I have seen Tim speak before, but this time was a little different for me. His blessings really stuck with me and have already impacted my life at 7:30AM this morning!
Last night I brought my 16 year old nephew with me to hear Tim speak. His parents are going through a divorce after almost 15 years. It is a difficult time for him and his 3 brothers as they have been impacted dramatically in this. Minutes before we left for church, my nephew experienced a very difficult situation and strain between some of his family members. He felt helpless and began to cry (which is unusual for him).
I ensured him that things would be okay, not really knowing if they would be and told him to go see Tim with me at Church. Raised as a Catholic and not being able to attend church for months now, he was hesitant but agreed to tag along. At first, seeing all the members of the church worship and praise were different for him. However, mid-way through the service and teaching of Tim, my nephew began to loosen up and praise with us.
He was still talking about Tim this morning and said a praise on the way to school.
With all of that said, I would just like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to Tim Storey. He is wonderful and I am sure touches the lives of everyone he encounters.
Although, we didn’t get to speak with him one on one he has changed my life and most certainly impacted the life of my 16 year old nephew and for that I cannot began to tell you how much that means to me.
